McCall received a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Education from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a graduate of the Leadership Tyler Class 31 and enjoys volunteering in her community.
Kim received her PATH Advanced Instructor Certification at the CHEFF Center in Kellogg, MI in 1996. She has since updated to the current CTRI Advanced Instructorship. As a physical therapy assistant for 30 years, she also carries the AHA Level 2 Clinician Certification. She developed and directed a therapeutic riding center in Florida for 8 years before coming to Tyler. She is happily married and enjoys playing with her 14 grandchildren whenever possible.
Community Outreach & Development Director
Julie Maberry is a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler and has a background in Marketing and Public Relations. She most recently served as the Director of Public Relations for Tyler Oral and Facial Surgery Center from 2006-2018. Julie is also actively involved in her community through Green Acres Baptist Church, Women’s Symphony League of Tyler, and Tyler Independent School District. She is married to David and they have three children–Austin, Carter and Gabby Grace.
She is excited to bring her time and talents to work for Starbrite where she feels she help make change lives the East Texas Community.
